Contact us if migration agent fees for services you are after are not listed above.
All fees are in Australian dollars. Above Migration Agent Fees include 10% GST payable by clients in Australia. Clients residing outside Australia do not pay GST.
Once we’ll assess your case you’ll be provided with a detailed schedule of fees (including all the disbursements). As a professional agency, we do abide by migration agent’s code of conduct. According to MARA guidelines above migration agent fees must be deposited to our client bank account, which is separate to our business account. Please note we’ll commence work on your case once migration agent fees are deposited to our client account.
Migration agent fees do not include any Government charges or costs associated with obtaining health check, police clearances, English tests as well as English translations.
There are additional fees which must be taken into consideration when calculating a total cost of the visa. Apart from migration agent fees listed above, you will also have to pay a fee to various organizations and services such as:
Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) for a visa. It is so called visa application charge (VAC). Visa application charges vary depending on the type of visa and may change from time to time. We do prefer if you’d pay fees to the department by yourself, however, we may also pay it to the department on your behalf (please note this may incur an additional fee). Visa fee is usually the most significant cost you will have to bear. Current DIBP visa fees are listed here.
Health check for onshore applicants. To be paid directly to BUPA when booking an appointment. Information about making an appointment and fees here.
Health check for offshore applicants must be commenced by DIBP authorized Panel Physician. You may find one here.
Australian Federal Police for police clearance. More info and schedule of fees here. You will have to pay directly to AFP. Please note you may need to provide police checks from other countries. More information here.
Health insurance for a student visa (OSHC) or 457 visa. We do recommend BUPA. As BUPA partner we may take care of arranging health insurance on your behalf.
English translations. If a translation is made in Australia, it must be done by NAATI registered translator. Fees may vary person by person. List of NAATI accredited translators available here. You will have to pay directly to the translator.
English test. More about IELTS here. To be paid directly to a testing organization. You may take other tests accepted by DIBP.
State nomination. Varies from state to state. Check on the relevant state’s web page.
Miscellaneous (travel, parking, copying, etc)
MARA Registered Migration agent is probably the only person which may provide with a detailed assessment of the fees and let you know a total cost of your visa.
